BioTech Rosva JSC is a young, innovative and unique company of deep processing of wheat in Russia. Our goal is to become most stable supplier of food ingredients in the Russian market, to improve the competitiveness of national products, to meet the needs of customers, to ensure a stably high product quality, safety of production and to represent a Russian manufacturer with dignity in the global market.

Our Advantages


On July 23, 2012, a Cooperation Agreement was signed on placement of a biotechnological complex of deep processing of wheat on the territory of the Kaluga region. It was intended to produce gluten, glucose-fructose syrups, starch, feed additives, glucose monohydrate, sorbitol and ascorbic acid.

On June 23, 2015, the Elevator started operating with its capacity of up to 200 thousand tons of wheat and became an integral part of a complex for deep processing of wheat.


Our Mission is to produce and successfully supply high-quality products of wheat processing, thus improving domestic and export capacities together with our like-minded team.

Food Safety

As a manufacturer of food ingredients, we fully recognize our responsibility to the customer. Safety at all operational stages is guaranteed by strict managing all internal and external processes. Organoleptic, microbiological and physicochemical analysis are carried out in our own separate and independent accredited laboratories.

Tight monitoring of the safety and quality of products takes place at each stage of the manufacturing process. All the products are certified in compliance with the requirements of international standards for food safety management ISO 9001:2015, which includes the principles of hazard analysis by critical control points (HACCP).

The ISO 9001 Certificate indicates developing long-term strategies and integrating a coordinated approach in the implementation of the Company’s commitments to customers.

We have also successfully passed the FSSC 22000 v.5.0 certification, which is a complete certification scheme for the auditing and certification of Quality Management Systems for food processing organizations that includes ISO 22000 and additional FSSC requirements.
