On July 23, 2012, a Cooperation Agreement on placing of a biotechnological complex for deep processing of wheat in Kaluga Region was signed by Governor Anatoly Artamonov and General Director of Biotechnological Complex – Rosva CJSC Vladimir Gromovik. As a REGNUM correspondent was told in the media department of the regional governor’s administration, the Project provides for the construction of a wheat processing complex with a capacity of 250,000 tons of wheat per year in the Rosva industrial park. The company will produce gluten, glucose-fructose syrup, starch, feed additives, glucose monohydrate, sorbitol and ascorbic acid.

The total investment will amount to RUB 6.4 billion rubles. The complex will create 270 jobs. The launch of the full production cycle is scheduled for July 2014.
